Key Laboratory of MEMS of Ministry of Education was established in 2002,it contains three research directions:"MEMS technology and design"、"MEMS driver and detection circuit" and "Materials and Devices",which covers all the steps from MEMS design to application.The laboratory has cultivated a lot of talents on MEMS technology,at the same time, it concentrates on the research of new generation of MEMS devices.
